Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Haptic Health, LLC, doing business as Haptic ("Haptic," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit haptichealth.com, create an account, complete an intake, place an order, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services").
Haptic provides a consumer facing platform that facilitates access to telehealth services. Haptic is not a pharmacy, does not employ pharmacists, does not dispense medication, and does not diagnose or prescribe. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals through Haptic's clinical platform partners. If a prescription is issued, it is fulfilled by Manifest Pharmacy as host pharmacy or by a participating pharmacy in its network, as applicable. Those clinicians, clinical platform providers, pharmacies, and laboratories may maintain their own HIPAA Notices of Privacy Practices. See our Health Information and HIPAA Notice for details.

Health Information and Advertising Technologies
Marketing telemetry is separate from clinical data. Haptic does not intend advertising or analytics tools to collect the contents of clinical intake forms, medical questionnaires, provider communications, diagnoses, prescription data, lab records, treatment information, or other PHI from clinical care systems. Questionnaire and other public funnel pages may use consent-governed analytics and advertising tags for page and funnel-step measurement. Haptic does not intentionally include questionnaire answers, medical responses, diagnoses, prescriptions, laboratory data, provider communications, or other clinical information in advertising or analytics event payloads. Protected clinical intake, order review, checkout, payment, and order confirmation surfaces are served without Google or Meta marketing tags. Third-party analytics providers may receive page-level technical information, such as the page URL, title, device information, and interaction data, according to the visitor's privacy choices and the provider configuration. Haptic does not sell PHI and does not disclose clinical information to Google, Meta, advertising networks, or social platforms for their independent advertising purposes.
